If you ever wondered how to properly make a flyer here is an example.
Make sure the address and description is visible, embed a QR Code on your flyer so people can scan, include multiple pictures and make sure the kitchen is on the flyer. It is also a great idea to Co-Brand with a financial institution like below you have the lender on one side and the realtor on the other side.
